Inventory is expected to climb in step with the national average of 8.9%, and in coastal metros like ours, the increase could be a bit higher as homes take a little longer to find the right buyer. With mortgage rates hovering around 6.3%, upward momentum on prices is held in check, particularly in our major cities.
